Stahl Brenn Group LLC (SBG) is a special purpose vehicle formed to develop a Free Trade Zone bonded storage and regional transshipment hub on a 200‑hectare site at Sangley Point, Cavite City — modeled on established transshipment centers such as Jurong Island, Rotterdam, and Fujairah.
This website is a dedicated project site for the Cavite Integrated Petroleum Terminal only. It does not represent the general corporate activities of Stahl Brenn Group LLC or of any affiliated or principal entity. For information on those organizations beyond their role in this project, please contact the project team directly.
Preliminary visualizations of the terminal design — aerial layout, night operations, and marine jetty — prepared for investor and regulatory review. Final photography and renderings will replace these panels as the project advances.
The Cavite Integrated Petroleum Terminal is designed as a bonded Free Trade Zone facility rather than a domestic distribution depot. The substantial majority of product held at the terminal is intended for regional re‑export under bond, with a smaller reserve allocated to Philippine domestic emergency and strategic needs.
Positioned at Sangley Point, Cavite City, the site sits directly across the bay from Manila and along major regional shipping lanes, giving the terminal direct access to Southeast Asian and broader Asia‑Pacific product flows.
The design calls for 42 storage tanks across the 200‑hectare site, with an aggregate capacity of approximately 2,000,000 metric tons, supported by a marine jetty and truck loading rack for onward distribution.
Free Trade Zone designation from the Philippine government is a foundational requirement of the project's economics and is being pursued as a central workstream alongside engineering and permitting.
